Sixty degrees and only five of orb
A sextile is a sixth of the circle. The orb allowed here is five degrees, noticeably tighter than the seven used for squares and trines or the eight for conjunctions and oppositions, and that tightness is deliberate: the aspect is considered weak enough that a wide one says very little.

It also helps to check whether the sextile connects to anything else. A sextile that forms part of a larger figure, or that links two planets which are themselves busy, is far more likely to show up in a life than one sitting on its own in an otherwise quiet corner of the chart. The rule of thumb the tradition offers is that faint aspects only speak when something louder gives them a reason to.
When to leave it out
This is the aspect most safely dropped from a reading. Inside two degrees it is worth a sentence. Between two and four it is a supporting note. At the outer edge of the five degree orb, with nothing else touching either body, it is fair to say it makes no practical difference and move on.
Uranus spends around five months of each year retrograde, which makes a natal retrograde Uranus unremarkable and irrelevant to how the sextile is read. The things that genuinely change it are orb, house and whether the rest of the chart repeats the theme anywhere. If none of those support it, the honest answer is that the aspect is present and quiet.
