Why this ranking is a weak instrument
It uses one placement out of roughly forty. The Moon describes what settles someone, Venus what attracts them and Mars how they pursue it, and none of those has to sit in the sun sign. Two Leo can have completely different comparisons with the same person.
Leo rankings assume the sign needs an audience, and rank accordingly. The placement of the Sun in a chart matters far more than that assumption.
